Our Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your YellowLumi candles. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.

14-Day Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, candles must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost.

For confirmed issues, we normally do not require the product to be returned. Your safety and satisfaction are important to us.

If you discover a quality issue after using your candle, please contact us so we can help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns, we'll process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we'll process the approved refund promptly without requiring a return, where appropriate.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Exceptions

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for candles that have been burned or used.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may review claims for potential misuse or abuse. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
